Extraordinary meeting of shareholders

Was conducted a special meeting of shareholders, convened to bring the activities of joint stock company under the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies.

At the meeting it was decided to determine the type of company - public joint stock company and change the name from "Kozyatyn Poultry Plant» to Kozyatyn Meat Plant PJSC.
